| Description: | FIELD SERVICE & INSTALLATION ENGINEER We are currently looking for a service/installation engineer who has good electrical knowledge, this would suit a time-served electrician. Ideally you will be based in Sussex or Surrey, with servicing UK wide. Visiting commercial and residential sites to establish breakdown faults and servicing equipment v Carry-out on-site welding and repairs v Installation of automated products to existing gates v Installation of new gates, barriers, bollards, fencing, including groundwork and laboring v Installation of entry systems, i.e.: intercoms and card readers v General upkeep of company van and advising the office of mileage to enable servicing of the vehicle to be arranged v Making up control boards ready for installation v Organising and loading onto vehicle/trailer materials that are required for your days work v General workshop duties when required including cleaning, tidying, putting stock deliveries away and re-stocking your vehicle v Completing Engineers Report Sheets to include as much information as possible but in a formal concise manner v Carrying out regular servicing of automated products and reconditioning equipment when required by customers, either on site or at our workshop v Daily completion of time sheet which will be handed in to office on Monday every week You must have service experience and good electrical knowledge The salary for this position is between £16,000 and £22,000 with call out retainer and overtime on top of these figures, + van To apply for this position, please forward your CV by email, to Justin@jarvisbentley.com stating full contact details, salary requirements and availability.
