| Description: | MECHANICAL MTC SHIFT SUPERVISOR Reporting to: Works Engineer East Sussex Job Description: Night Shift Engineering Supervisor.Responsibilities include:· Be the decision maker at night.· Setting priorities and allocating night shift work across the factory.· Improving the De-hacker (DHK) OEE · Ensure planned maintenance is carried out.· Hands on role (mechanical).· Salaried staff position. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Experience of: - Leading and managing a skilled and experienced maintenance team.An engineer with industrial mechanical skills. Desirable Qualifications & Experience: ONC or BTec, Apprenticeship (Electrical or mechanical engineering). Multi-skilled, e.g. welding, minor lathe and milling work or electrical faultfinding and repair, both within a heavy industry.Any PLC skills. Terms Salaried Position, £29K, 5 Nights, 39 hours 25 days holiday, company pension scheme. Hours of work are 1700 to 0200, 4 nights. 1700 to 0100 Fridays |
