| Description: | Operations Manager (Director Designate) Our client is a prestigious successful consultancy working world wide for the petro-chem industry. They are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with the prospects of becoming a director of the company. To fill this key position within their company they are looking for someone with some/all of the following: · A mechanical engineering degree of equivalent · Strong commercial experience, especially in contracting. · Experience of the oil or petro-chem industry · Ability to manage large projects · Ability to manage teams of qualified engineers. · Experience of dealing with senior management from companies who supply and run projects in these areas. · Experience of project control of large engineering projects and an in depth knowledge of modern methods of project control. · Ability to work in a pressurised environment, involving the meeting of deadlines. · Ability to negotiate to achieve the companies objectives. |
