| Description: | MECHANICAL COMMISSIONING ENGINEER Working for a major British Based Company you will be responsible for the management of a site team of commissioning engineers to successfully install the company’s high tech products at customer sites. You will be responsible for the Preparation, Installation and Acceptance of the mechanical aspects of the installation. This position involves 25% of the time spent at our clients premises and 75% of time on the customers premises, some of which could be outside of Britain. The role may include some weekend work and unconventional hours. You should be available for technical support by telephone to both customers and other installation staff on site. Travel as part of this role will be paid for, and you will be compensated for expenses and unsociable hours. You will be responsible for: • Installing and Commissioning • System Handover • Supporting the design process • Feedback • Post Installation Repair and Maintenance The typical time taken for an installation is four to five weeks.
