| Description: | QUALITY MANAGER Our client is a successful engineering company designing and manufacturing rubber to metal bonded products and suspension systems for trains, commercial vehicles, wind turbines and high voltage electrical insulators. They are certified ISO 9001 and are a leading supplier to a range of blue chip customers. The company has a strong and growing order book and is well placed to take advantage of continued growth in its niche markets. . They are located at an attractive location on the coast in West Sussex. The main function of the position is to ensure that the Company’s quality procedures and products comply with Company and customer requirements. They are looking for someone with • a minimum of 5 years experience in quality engineering coupled with experience in mechanical engineering. • Involvement with castings and forgings would be an asset. • Experience of modern quality systems and techniques • Ideally with hands-on-engineering experience • A qualification in mechanical engineering, preferably HNC or equivalent • A qualification in quality management Top end of salary range for exceptional candidates only |
