The range of buildings they have developed are inspired high quality sustainable buildings that have particular characteristics that make them very suitable also for other applications. As a result of this diversification an ever increasing proportion of the company’s sales come from architects who specify our clients buildings for a variety of projects. The company is now looking for a Sales Director who has experience of working with Local Authorities, National Bodies and who is able to liaise with Main Contractors, Architects, Property Services, End Users. architects and others involved in the construction process. Many of their projects are of exceptional interest and therefore will offer great satisfaction for someone with a passion for inspired buildings. They are looking for someone who is highly motivated with a hands on approach who is very proactive in meeting Clients and developing customer relationships.. You will be working closely with other the senior members of the team in order to develop marketing and sales strategies to further increase sales. You will also respond to enquiries from the existing customer base with visits, quotations etc. The basic salary + performance bonus is negotiable according to experience, upwards of £40k + car. |
