Prepare list of snagging/outstanding works at appropriate time(s) during construction/ installation period. 14. Witness final testing and commissioning carried out by Contractor. 15. Assist when required, in agreeing interim application for payment by Contractor, together with agreeing final account with Contractor when appropriate. 16. Assisting the Designated Members, Members and Project Coordinators endeavouring that projects are financially successful, by ensuring efficiency at all times. 17. To act as project Coordinator as and when required (see supplementary job description). The above to be carried out with minimal supervision of Members. In addition it will be necessary to guide, assist and supervise Junior and Intermediate design staff.
